Lord, You are the God who creates beautiful friendships and I thank you for each one of my friends.
I thank you for who they are, the blessing they have been to me, and for the unique gifts and talents that You have given them. Thank you for molding, preparing, and positioning each one of them to fulfill their destiny.
I thank you for the many ways they have used their treasures to honor You and give to others in the name of Jesus. I thank You for all the wisdom and kindness that they have shared with me.
God, You are the breath of life and Lord over heaven and earth. You sit high in Your holy place and look deep into the heart of man. My friends need you, Lord. Breathe life into the places where they need You most.
Some need healing.
Others need guidance.
Some have gone astray. Go after them, Lord! Bring them back into the fold.
Where there is pain, give them peace and mercy.
Where there is self-doubt, give them a renewed confidence.
Where there is weariness or exhaustion, give them refreshing and strength.
Where there is fear, reveal your love, and offer to them your courage.
Give them greater vision, bless their finances, and raise up leaders and friends to support and encourage them.
Strengthen my friends today, so that every step they take is filled with faith, every thought is filled with hope, and every moment that they live is filled with Your love.
May their spirit always be joyous and their days be rich and full with Your love and happiness, this day and always.
